Conclusion

The product is very common, and we have lots of big brand references in front of us, but the challenge was we must develop a product and marketing plan for B2B segment, where the big brand references are dealing with direct consumers. So, we have deep dive into competitor analysis, and we came up with fresh and unique yet customer friendly and cost effective ideas. We have designed a completely new range of hotel room furniture with elegant design and vibrant colors which can broke monotonous appearance of hotel room. And designed marketing materials accordingly. Crafted name, brand positioning, product categories and naming structures, a nice clean and nit modern website, brochures etc.
The product has different variants, colors and categories, so another challenge was selection of the product for the customer. How to select products? which category, color or variant ….
So, we developed a digital product configurator on our website to make this process fast and accurate, where the customer can select and configure the product in 3d environment according to their needs and see the product in real time 3d space, and order the configurated product directly from the configurator with desired quantity.
Now we are moving into the next phase and designed a strategy and execution plan for marketing in different media and platforms. And in the last 2-3 months we have experienced noticeable growth in website search and traffic as well as nice inquiries with digital and traditional marketing.
